You don't clearly explain what problem your product solves.
People watch your video and they're like…
"Okay, but why do I need this?"
You have to set the stage for the problem.
And then show your customers how you solve it.
Otherwise, they're not gonna bother signing up.

You try to cram every single feature into your video.
I get it.
